It will stay locked during the match and spectators are not allowed. Spawn and server passwords will be sent to team captains 15 minutes prior to the match.

I'd like to clarify few things beforehand:

• Since no bases have been posted, we will use the ingame voteban system to decide the bases from this list of bases.
• Since there is no roster, we will assume anyone with event password is allowed to play, as authorized by captains.
• Set limits will be default (refer here).
• A countdown of 20 minutes will start at 16:30 GMT, match will begin at most at 16:50 GMT regardless of present members. It is up to captains to make sure every member is registered, remembers their password and has downloaded files.

If there are any changes to the details of the match, please post on this topic atleast a few hours before the match so that changes can be made.
Now I just need the captain of RT to confirm they agree to the match details.
