Unfortunately at this point in time we think you're not yet suitable for the job. Do not get me wrong, we do not doubt your experience when it comes to gameplay and referee'ing, but at the same time some of us cannot ignore what happened at CTF with the account sharing incident which was done without prior management knowledge. Due to that we find it difficult to trust you with the security of internal event discussions and server commands. Maybe at some point in the future after proving this won't happen again we'll gladly give you a place in our ranks since aside from that, you could be a good addition, but for now there is no chance.
