I don't care what your intentions were or anything, cross-teaming is NOT allowed by any means and by all means, this is a very basic and one of the primary rules every TDM based server in VC:MP has, and at this point if u claim that u "were not aware of this rule" then it's pretty clear that you're simply lying mate, I can't trust you on this one, and not only me, non of the staff members would trust u on this. Coming to the insult part, there's probably a misjudgment from Hazard's end as we couldn't come up with a reasonable justification to the "Toxicity and insults" Hazard banned you for, and hence we ruled out this ban as "incorrect". And lastly, this is Admin Report section, not Unban appeal's section, so yeah this topic of yours shall be considered as an admin report, not an unban appeal. Kindly use appropriate boards for their respective topics from now on. Last but not the least, your ban, as I mentioned before, has eventually ruled out to be "incorrect", (even though we initially decided to keep you banned for only 24 hours due to cross-teaming) as it was the first time you were involved in cross-teaming. Consider this as a Warn from now on, if you got involved in any of such rule breaks from now on, the punishment shall be severe, kindly remember this.Warned and Unbanned, feel free to join and play.

Dear @HerQules, the evidence provided by you has been carefully analyzed and it has been concluded that the player you reported did involve in cross-teaming and intentional team sabotaging. As far as I remember, rule breaks like this happen very less often and as far as I recall, the last time someone broke this particular rule happened to be in the same clan as the player you reported above:
Now coming towards the decision, if this had been done by a newbie then obviously we would’ve let that go but since the above mentioned player is quite experienced and presumably well aware of the server rules, as well as the general game rules, this time this particular matter can’t be slid away without appropriate action.
Having said that, the reported player is being banned from the server for 1 Day. Thank you for reporting!Locked.

So I examined the report and all the associated evidence thoroughly and came up with the final verdict. @sstkx you were the one who was provoking lederhos continuously by throwing taunts and abuses at him and his clan, I have read each and every in-game log in which it was more than evident that what you were trying to do. And regarding the mute, he muted you initially for 5 minutes which, in my opinion, is kinda soft, at least based on how I personally deal with toxic players in-game. Trust me, if I had been at his place, I wouldn't had muted you in the duration of minutes, honestly. And also, when your initial mute expired, you again started the same bullshit again due to which lederhos got provoked and ended up muting you again, this time for 24 hours. You can brag that you were just showing your K/D in chat (though it's a complete lie, you weren't only doing just that, you were continuously provoking him), still it is NOT allowed if the entire purpose of it is to provoke others, ruin the game's fun and promote toxicity. No one is interested in seeing your K/D or reading your useless and purposeless messages, especially if you're just gonna spam those like an idiot. It is a game, please learn to take it as a game. OneVice, by no means, either allows or promotes toxicity, drama, and hate-speech of any forms, whether on its discord server(s) or VCMP servers, and if anyone is found disobeying this simple rule, he'll be dealt with strictly. Kindly take your bs somewhere else where it is tolerated and avoid ruining the environment here. You are being warned verbally for the last time now and its the last time I am being polite with you. Don't regret afterwards if you screw up again. Learn to respect the staff and others if you want to be respected in return.

Hello there, based on the issue you raised alongside the evidence you provided, your report has been analyzed and concluded. The video which you claimed to have an offensive title has been removed from the channel it was posted in and the one who posted it has also been verbally warned (considering that it was his first time). Moreover, we had a discussion with Pavonis internally and asked him to slightly mend his ways when dealing/interacting with various community members, especially with rule breakers, either on discord or in game. As we know and are quite sure that his real intention wasn't to propagate the issue, but rather calm it down. So yeah, I hope that this doesn't happens again. A little advice for you too, kindly refrain from propagating an already heated situation unnecessarily even if you got provoked, because it's always better to report all such unfortunate happenings to staff directly and wait for their response, rather then taking advantage of the heated environment and adding fuel to the fire. Thank you for your understanding and for your report.

There won't be any forfeit, be it from any of the both teams. It's the final guys, have some sympathy for it, after all the ups and downs all of us (both the players and the staff) went through in an attempt to progress this championship gracefully, don't you all want it to end in a thrilling and graceful way? Come on guys, I understand there are tons of clashes and opinion differences when coming to a conclusion regarding any favorable time slot, but that doesn't means that you'll give up entirely in case the odds don't end on your favor. Have some patience, dedication, and we'll have this match conducted, by any means and by all means. Will come up with necessary details as soon as they surface, until then, stick with this: The FINAL WILL HAPPEN!
We can't wait for you guys to preform and give your best for your respective teams, so please don't let us down. Stay motivated and optimistic, the rest of this shit will work out.

Ok so I examined both the evidence provided by the reporter as well as the explanation video provided by the reported guy and here are my two cents:
@Karna firstly, there's no such "specific problem related to sync in RTV" here, the sync issue is an aspect of VCMP itself overall as all of us know how bad VCMP's sync actually is and how many times its current state has been tested by various players (including us). And also, after examining both the videos given above, it can be clearly seen that neither you nor @EnForcer was able to land successful shots on your respective opponents, due to which EnForcer is pronouncing it as "widescreen or whatever" and you are pronouncing it as "sync problems on RTV" whereas in reality, the key factors involving here are the pings and fps of both the player and his/her opponents as well as the sync of VCMP itself and also where is a particular player exactly aiming to take his opponent down. Having said all that, it can be clearly concluded that this isn't at all any sort of widescreen or anything, it's just a little miscalculation of aim plus the important factors like pings & fps like I mentioned before.
These were my two cents, this report shall remain open for a few more hours in case either of you wants to share some more info related to this particular case.

@Exterminator being offline for a great number of days and then coming online out of the blue just to propose a time that is only one day ahead isn’t the way to come to an agreement regarding organizing matches mate, especially when the captain of the opposite team is regularly bumping this topic and expecting a reply from your side so that a mutual agreement can be reached. This way you’re not only putting their interests to dust, but you’re also neglecting the fact that the time you proposed might not be favorable for them, and honestly this isn’t professional and acceptable at all. If you, or the captain have activity or internet issues then kindly ask one of your active teammates to post on this topic on your team’s behalf so that the discussion can progress, and please try your best to propose a reasonable time and day by considering each other’s comfort (it’s for both of the teams). I hope you understand this. Thank you.

@sstkx Firstly, in the field “In-game nick” given above, you have to write your in-game nick, not the nick of the player whom you’re reporting. Secondly, in the entire video you posted of almost 4 minutes, only last 3-4 seconds can be considered as useful and as a potential evidence to your report, hence please remember that this is a report section, and only things relevant to a particular report will be considered here, this section is not for sharing your frag videos directly or indirectly nor it’s for sharing entertaining stuff related to the game. Please don’t forget about these things.
Now coming to your report and the evidence you provided, the evidence is inadequate in the first place as it does not proves that the player is evading his death by any means, plus it can be clearly seen that he wasn’t aware that you are nearby him, and his rpg shot exploded on himself probably cuz of either miscalculated aim and projection of shot or it was deflected by one of the enemy team players nearby when he was shooting rpg at that particular enemy player(s). Kindly come up with a genuine case and a convincing evidence next time. Thank you for your understanding. This report is Denied…

As discussed earlier on discord, some of my teammates seem to be unavailable at the date and time suggested above. And considering the fact that i am physically not available to play this match cuz of being out of country, i totally have to rely on my teammates and their availability for it. Hence, the day(s) and time proposed by my teammates are Saturdays and Sundays, at or after 19gmt. I have conveyed this to hazard a while ago and he is currently discussing it with his teammates. He'll hopefully reply once he's done with the internal discussion.
