I had asked a few admins about whether i should report or not based on the evidence i showed them, and they all encouraged me to do so, as he was already suspicious ingame while we were playing, so here you go:
PS: his aim flicks aren't clean, usually when i flick i leave some bullet sprays, this guy's aim instantly locks in another place without leaving a spray trail
