1 hit weps is too op, I think HP / Armour is just perfect. no need to make different into the DM. shouldn't buff one side and ignore the other. if you want to bring people into gamemode you can't ignore DM and nerf it

Why would you like to join the staff team: I would like to help with adminstration and help make servers gameplay better. as I have much past experiences, I know almost everything about adminstration. I can be active most of the day time and night in VC:MP unless I'm having exams or playing other games. RTV is definitely a great game mode and it would be great to be a part of its staff and help in anyway make it better.

I don't think total remove is good. probably nerfing RPG is better and blocking it at some maps those may cause close range. make team-grief punishable and reportable. RPG has been a part of the game always. 5 ammos and limitations for the bases where rpg can be used is good in my opinion.  a rule to not camp sites with RPG will be very fair for those who complained about it

Do you have any past experience as a staff member:currently, VKs server level 7 admin, VCCnR moderator, Elite Strife moderator ( not released yet ), got admin level in some servers those aren't very public like FunVice, co-owner. was an admin in some other servers those have been closed, werent very famous also.

Why would you like to join the staff team: I find the game mode good, i would like to help the staff to raise the server and stop any kind of rule breaks. I have an experience in other servers. I will do my best to make the gameplay better for others and be always there when needed.
