It is needed for those who are paying attention to the chat more than the game, I agree some people fill it with toxic shit.
Another solution to that is changing console lines to 5 which helps alot, believe me it helps alot.
Though for this suggestion i'd say +1 -

you are already invisible to the other team on the map and pretty much the assassin is useless in this gamemode. That kind of role suits more to Kill the Boss kind of gamemode.
