Why would you like to join the staff team:  
In order to help the staff. I love to help newbies and whoever needs any help. even If I'm not admin still I help players as much as I can, though admin help is different from normal player’s help.
Everyone has his/her life that's the reason there is not 24/7 activity of admins/mods on the server and sometimes I see rule-breakers and there is nobody to punish or stop them.

[Permanent Detonator]

Hey as the topic says, my suggestion is about permanent detonator to be set on a either a command like /permadeto on/off or a key to enable or disable it, as long as many players are having problem with the current system so I suggest it should be changed.
