2.  Topic title should be name of the reported player. (for instance: UnknownGamer Report)
3.  Evidence should be proper. ( A video evidence is always preferred, and mandatory in some cases - close ranges, death evades, aimlock, etc )
4.  Only reply to a report if it directly or indirectly involves you.
