By using an account on our Server and/or Website, you automatically agree to the Code of Conduct and the regulations laid under it. If you know what you're doing, rules are simple - Respect everyone, be mindful of your language, do not make anyone feel offended, do not use illegal modifications (or otherwise hacks), steer clear of disallowed glitches, use the Rocket Launcher with caution, use only a single account which needs to be approved via webpanel and it is your own responsibility. The detailed version is available on the next page. *The staff reserves right to amend these rules at any time and without any prior notice. - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - The Demolition Wars CODE OF CONDUCT - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - Last Updated 25 July '20 SECTION I Server Rules 1.1 Treat each other with respect. - Players are expected to treat everyone - regular players and the server staff respectfully. 1.2 Usage and/or distribution of Illegal modifications are prohibited. - Visual modifications are allowed, for instance - HUD, Weapon Icons, etc. - This includes intentionally or artificially lagging. 1.4 Death evading is disallowed. 1.5 Team-grief in any resort will not be tolerated. - The teambalancer feature balances teams automatically, siding the opposite team will count as a sort of team-grief. 1.6 If caught evading a ban, the term period will be extended exponentially. - If you are aware of your ban but you can still play in the server, please contact an admin instead of playing. 1.7 You will be kicked out of the server if you receive 3 (or more) warnings from a server administrator. - Unstable and/or limit-inadequate FPS and Ping in a round will also lead to getting kicked from the server. 1.8 The allowed radius limit to hit an opponent with Rocket Launcher is 24m. - If you attempt to hit a player with Rocket Launcher closer than that, you might get banned from using the set. 1.9 Spawn-killing is disallowed, no matter done in what sort. 1.10 Camping is allowed. 1.11 Usage of VPNs or proxy without the consent of staff is disallowed. 1.12 Do not lie to the server administration upon being confronted. SECTION II Forum & Chat 2.1 Be mindful of your language at all times. - Toxicity is not allowed, however cursing/swearing is allowed to some extent. 2.2 All the forum profile fields should be appropriate and should not offend anyone.- Profile fields containing images should not be inappropriate in any sort. 2.2 All chat messages and forum posts should be readable.- Usage of colors in chat messages is disallowed. 2.4 Using the server or its features as a channel to defame a targeted player, group, clan or a community is strictly punishable. - Discussions that may damage the server's reputation and/or the playerbase are prohibited. 2.5 Racial/Religious slurs, discrimination is not condemned. - Discussion of religious, political or pornographic material is prohibited. 2.6 Chatting in excessive amounts of capital letters is disallowed. 2.7 Reports will only be accepted either via /report or on the designated forum section. - All other reports will be ignored deliberately. 2.8 No promotion or advertisement is to be done in the server or at the forums unless made allowance by the staff. - Global VCMP events can be promoted in the VCMP Discussion section [Moderated]. 2.9 Mainchat / Public Forums are not places to argue with staff. - You are advised to be calm and report any unjust behavior to the designated forum section. 2.10 Do not try to engineer a situation just to waste the time of players or the staff. 2.11 Do not misuse the private messaging system. - Threatening, spam, inappropriate topics, or unwanted messages will not be tolerated. 2.12 Please do not doublepost, there are allowances to edit your own content. - Despite the allowance - Please do not vandalize your own posts, destructively edit previously legitimate posts without a suitable reason. SECTION III Webpanel & Accounting 3.1 Posing as another player or a staff member is strictly punishable. 3.2 Your account is your own responsibility. - We suggest you to secure it with a strong password. - Do not share your credentials with anyone. 3.3 Sharing personal information (Real name, Phone number, password etc ) by any public means is prohibited. - Leaking private information without consent is prohibited. 3.4 Multi-accounting is not allowed. - You can change your username on the webpanel. - Contact a server administrator to regain access incase you forgot your account password.
