Good base but not for the attackers. You spawn at a ground, the defenders usually spam bullets at the spawn position or near it. So I think a little cover for the attackers, a wall, for example, can make it balance. Where the attackers will spawn behind it and don't get killed nearby spawn position. The defenders already have the advantage of being above the hill.  Attackers have to go to up wards or miles away to get cover from the bullets and to kill them.

Also, I think this base defenders have high advantage, actually it can be crossed once any of the respective teams camps at the checkpoints, it's harder for the opponent to enter it or dodge spaz bullets. So I think, not only for this base, but also for others there should be at least two ways of entering the CP. I have a solution which you may like but that's for another topic.
